Born and raised on the Island of Grand Bahama, I arrived in Miami Florida in the Summer of 1990 to attend college and pursue my aspirations of becoming a journalist. To this end I wrote for the school newspaper and served as an editor for two years. During that time I became employed with a local Television station and worked as assistant weekend assignment desk editor where I further fueled my passion for the dissemination of information.
